Following the successful supply and installation of concrete products to a previous Biogen (UK) Ltd AD facility at Harper Adams University, ACP were approached by Adonis Construction to do the same again. This time the site was at Llywn Isaf, Clynogg Fawr, near Caernarfon in North Wales. The first of its kind for Wales all parties stuck with a familiar supply chain. Adonis are the main contractor on site working for Biogen. ACP supplied & installed the push walls to the main reception building and 128 No. vertical cantilever panels to form a 3m high bund wall to the site.

Precast concrete Arrow panels have been supplied and installed by ACP (Concrete) Ltd for Potter Logistics, at their storage facility at Melmerby, near Ripon. In Jan 2012 Nick Brighty, General manager for Potter Logistics, contacted ACP regarding a bulk storage problem - within an existing building there was a requirement for various bunkers with a combined total capacity of approx. 10,000 tonnes to store bulk products such as grain & rice prior to processing and packaging. The issue was to devise a layout that accommodated bunkers of various capacities, the processing facility, vehicle flow and the existing structure and doorways.

Working with RSG Structures Ltd and Interserve Ltd, ACP Concrete manufactured and supplied precast wall panels, slats and beams for the new Mechanical Biological Treatment Plant within the Northacre Resource Recovery Centre in Wiltshire. During construction ACP supplied & RSG installed: 84 nos wall panels in 5 days on site, 237 nos slats in just 11 days and 78 nos precast beams in 4 days. A total of nearly 1200t of concrete!

The "switchroom" prefabricated buildings developed by ACP Concrete provide a durable, robust, fast track solution to the construction of small units for meter rooms, firecontrols & electrical switchrooms.
