ACP has finished installation of the 6m high walls in the 72m x 53m grain store building at Shoreham Docks. Working for main contractor, Adenstar Developments Ltd, the extension to existing facilities will provide up to 3,816msq of additional undercover storage. Incorporating 450mm diameter ventilation ducts at the base of the wall was a major design challenge but ACP's 280mm thick prestressed concrete panels proved ideal. The walls were installed in 3 weeks.

Working for Mountfield Building Group Ltd, ACP supplied and installed security walling to the O2 Data Storage Centre at Harlow. John Ryan of Mountfield was pleased with the product and service received from ACP "ACP worked for Mountfield on a project in Harlow Essex,...."

installation of precast & prestressed concrete panels in an Onion store at East Wretham, Norfolk completed. Working for A C Bacon Engineering Ltd (main contractors, Marrison Agriculture Ltd), ACP supplied and installed over 2000 sq metres of walling panels above and below ground in two 25m x 42m storage buildings including ventilation tunnels (4.2m high x 1.3m wide) & covers. ACP's fitting team installed the panels in 10 days.

Balsham Buildings Ltd recently awarded ACP the contract to design, supply and install over 1700sq metres of retaining walls at Camgrain's Northants Advanced Processing Centre (APC), near Kettering. The 126m x 60m building will store up to 70,000 tonnes and the 6m high walls will be constructed using ACP Concrete's 280mm thick prestressed concrete panels.
